How to make Panang curry! Vegan red curry, easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 extra firm tofu
2 can of organic coconut milk
1 cup of mixed vegetable stir fry
1 small sweet onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/2 of squash
2 small tomatoes
3-5 sweet basil leaves
2 curry leaves
1 chili pepper whole
1/2 can of red curry paste/panang paste
1/2 can of sliced bamboo shoots
1/2 fresh lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp sugar
Coconut oil or olive oil
Salt
Gravy master/amino (soy sauce)
1 1/2 rice
1/2 bag of noodles
