A $103,000 speeding ticket?
A guy in Finland, got a speeding ticket for $103,000. I was shocked when i 1st read it, and i just got as to why its that much. Well in Finland your fine is based not just on the severity of the offense, but on the offender's income. Vanjoki is a senior executive of Nokia, the world's largest cell-phone maker, and his fine was assessed on a 1999 income of $5.2 million.
